      What does Launch Global do?

One relationship, not a stack of providers.

      Who is this for?

      Businesses hiring faster than their internal capability can keep up, whether that's an early stage founder with no hiring function yet, a People team stretched thin across multiple roles, or a larger organisation scaling hiring across several markets at once. If hiring is taking more time or headcount than it should, this is built for that.

      Do I need to grow my internal hiring team?

      In most cases, no. Because the same advisor runs every hire rather than starting from scratch with a new recruiter each time, clients typically avoid adding that headcount, whether it's their first hiring hire or their next one, saving its cost too, on average around $95,000 a year.

      What happens when the talent isn't in my market?

      How does pricing work?

      Pricing scales with how much you're hiring. Global Entry suits occasional hiring with a per hire fee, Global Advantage removes placement fees entirely for consistent hiring up to 9 roles a year, and First Class is a fully custom, high volume engagement. Full comparison above.

      What if I hire more than 9 people in a year?

      That's a good problem to have. It's usually the point where a First Class conversation makes more sense than paying overage, there's no penalty for growing past the cap.

       

      Do I pay for EOR and payroll separately?

      Yes. At Global Entry and Global Advantage, these go directly to our partners at rates we've negotiated on your behalf. First Class blends this into one commercial line instead.
